Thank you for purchasing from Medrise. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

  • All Medrise products are digital PDFs
  • No physical books or printed material are shipped
  • Access to the product is provided immediately after successful payment

 

2. NO CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, cancellation of the order is not possible.

 

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access provided:

🚫 NO refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the purchase is completed.

 

This policy applies to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with device
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to read product description

 

4. EXCEPTIONS – TECHNICAL ISSUES ONLY

A refund or re-access may be considered only in the following cases:

✔️ Payment deducted but PDF not delivered

✔️ Broken or inaccessible download link

5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

 

6. PAYMENT GATEWAY PROCESSING

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank policies


7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Before purchasing, users are advised to:
